Domestic Shipping (USA)

Effective April 2020: All items ship from New Jersey within 2-3 business days of your purchase via USPS 1st class or priority mail. All items are eco-friendly dry cleaned before shipping so please keep this in mind. Due to the COVID pandemic, transit of your packages can be delayed and is outside our control at the moment. Please don't fret about a tracking number because we'll provide you with that info as soon as your item ships. Arrival time varies depending on location but if you need and item rushed, email us so we can provide the cost. Thank you so much in advance for your patience on receiving your gems!

International Shipping

Once your item has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to your email address. Depending on destination, estimated arrival is 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). Delays through customs, taxes, and import duties are not included in shipping cost. Please check with your local postal service if your package isn't delivered in 14 business days. We do not issue refunds for seized or unclaimed packages.

Exchange Policy

Your happiness is of utmost importance to us so if an item doesn't work, return it for an exchange. Please keep in mind that our vintage items are sold as is. To ensure your satisfaction, please pay close attention to all the details listed, the pictures and most importantly, the size. Due to vintage items being in its original condition, buy with confidence of your size and style to avoid any hiccups with your style needs being met. Contact us at: info@compassvintage.com within 2 days of receiving your item if it doesn't suit you. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost as we will provide you with a return label and instructions for a successful exchange. Item(s) must be sent back in the original condition within 5 business days with tracking info in order to process a full an exchange of same cost or boutique credit.
